This is a 2 part brooch/ pendant set. The top is a 14k repoussé sculpted pear with a yellow sapphire set in the bottom .
The bottom is a pale yellow quartz I cut with chased 14k leaves on top and a yellow sapphire set in between the leaves. The quartz is backed with a 22k overly on silver, and is set in silver.
