The winged lion is a 14k repoussé brooch with 11 diamonds that are 33pt. This is attached to the frame with its pin stem.
The silver frame is also a brooch and can be worn separately . It has 6 amethyst totaling 54,1ct and one topaz 5,.29ct. There are 5 pearls set in between the stones.
